Sitka used the fun/run as a kick-off to their walking program. There were about 60 participants in Sitka, 30 in Kake, and 35 in Juneau.
Anthony Gastelum (yellow jacket) and other Kake residents take part in the Kake Saturday Community Fun Run/Walk on May 5, an event that helped raise awareness about diabetes prevention.
