Diabetes Registry The Statewide Diabetes Registry is a clinical and epidemiological tool for tribal health care facilities all around Alaska. The registry is used to keep track of patients who have various diabetes diagnoses, and provide care based on national standards for diabetes care. It is also used to highlight the prevalence and incidence of diabetes and its complications in the Alaska Native Population. This information is mainly used for attracting and retaining funding for diabetes programs around the State. The Registry team consists of three part-time nurses, a registry manager and a part-time epidemiologist. For any questions regarding this registry please contact mramesh@anmc.org. Questions?
