Patient injuries
To improve quality of care, we need you to report any incidents of patient injury to the nursing staff. Nurses will write down the necessary information and provide it to the people on our staff (Quality Resources) who track of such incidents and work to prevent them. These reports are confidential. They are important to help us as we continuously review our procedures to prevent patient injuries.

Safety and security
Safety is important to your well-being and is a fundamental right for employees, patients and visitors. Hospital grounds and buildings are patrolled 24 hours every day. Emergencies requiring security guard services should be referred to the switchboard by dialing “0.”
