Remember how food used to be served in hospitals? Trays were brought to patients at set times – often not what they wanted and served whether or not they were hungry. Presenting At Your Request Room Service Dining®, designed with you in mind. Order what you want, when you want it. If you are on a modified or restricted diet, our Room Service Operator will help you with your selection. The next generation in hospital food, designed to keep your dining experience very satisfying.
After deciding what you would like to eat, place your order by dialing ext. 5656 anytime between 6:15 a.m. and 8:15 p.m. A room service operator will take your order, and within 45 minutes your food will be delivered right to your room.
If a family member or friend wants to eat in your room with you, he or she is welcome to bring food from home or to purchase a meal from the cafeteria or elsewhere and bring it back to your room. We also understand how important friends and family are in the healing process. We are excited to offer Room Service Dining to your guests. The Room Service Operator can assist you or your guests with pricing and ordering information on guest trays for visitors and family.

- Lunch 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Dinner 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Medical Nutritional Therapy
The hospital maintains a staff of four full-time registered dietitians to provide medical nutrition therapy during your hospital stay. If you have questions about your nutritional needs, please call ext. 2675.
ANMC Food Court
The cafeteria serves a variety of hot and chilled foods for the convenience of your family and friends. Enjoy a home-style cooked meal from Hometown, a delicious juicy burger from Sky Ranch Grill®, a fresh Mexican meal from Salsa Rico®, or an enticing sub from SubConnectionSM.
Hours of Operation:
Day Service~ Open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Breakfast: 7:00 to 10:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Dinner: 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Night Service~ Open Monday through Friday 9pm to midnight
Sky Ranch Grill®: Open seven days a week from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Salsa Rico®: Open Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
SubConnectionSM: Open Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
ANMC understands many people are unable to make it to the cafeteria for a break. So, we have provided the day cart for guests and staff with busy schedules. The cart is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 1:15pm, serving breakfast items, sandwiches, hot soup, beverages, fruit and snacks. Food cart items are available for purchase by family and friends.
The coffee shop serving espresso and a number of other specialty drinks is located in the Quanya House hallway (between the Food Court and Quyana House). Hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m on the week days and 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the week-ends.
Quyana House Food Services
We are pleased to provide meal cards to guests of Quyana House. This card will be issued to you when you check in at Quyana House. It is encoded with your name, room number and departure date from Quyana House. The card will allow you to spend $25.00 per day for your meals. (Anything above and beyond this amount will be at your own expense.) It does not cover bottled drinks and packaged food items. The food court will provide food to those guests who have special diets ordered by their doctors.
Vending machines for snacks and healthy beverages are located in the Emergency Department waiting area and in the lower level of Quyana House. Our mission is to support healthy lifestyles and provide quality health care, so we now offer non-carbonated beverages. Drinking carbonated beverages has been linked to oral health disease, diabetes, and obesity.
